一、 Application of small plant essential oil extraction equipment:

This equipment is suitable for the extraction of common oil and aromatic oil from plant branches, leaves, flowers, grass and animal materials. The structure of the equipment is exquisite and the operation is very simple.



二、 Characteristics of small plant essential oil extraction equipment:
1. This equipment uses steam distillation to extract materials by water separation or co water distillation.
2. This equipment is an ultra small steam distillation extraction equipment developed by our company in accordance with the classic process of essential oil extraction, combined with advanced automatic control system. The structure design is reasonable and the performance is superior. Simple and flexible operation, one person can easily complete the whole production.
3. The equipment is indirectly heated by heat transfer oil, which can reach 100 ℃ quickly under the condition of clean, safe and normal pressure.
4. The design of the condensing part of the equipment is unique and the condensing effect is good. Laboratory grade glass multi pipeline design is adopted for oil-water separation. The diameter of glass pipeline is less than 20 mm. Special structure oil-water separator is adopted to facilitate oil separation and collection.
6. The equipment has a built-in multi-layer distillation blue, a top open cover structure, and it is very convenient to place flowers and plants and clean the equipment.
