General categories of filling machines

1. Normal pressure filling machine

It is filled by the self weight of liquid under atmospheric pressure. This type of filling machine is divided into two types: regular filling and constant volume filling, only for filling low viscosity and non gas liquids such as milk, mineral water and so on.

2. Pressure filling machine

Pressure filling machine is suitable for filling liquid containing gas, such as beer, soda, champagne, etc.

3. Vacuum filling machine

This kind of filling machine has simple structure, high efficiency and wide adaptability to the viscosity of materials, such as oil, syrup, fruit wine, etc.

4. Oil filling machine

Can fill all kinds of oil products, such as edible oil, lubricating oil, peanut oil, soybean oil, etc. This kind of filling machine is specially developed for oil filling

5. Plug filling machine

This kind of filling machine is widely used in medicine, food, daily chemical, oil, pesticide and other special industries. It can fill all kinds of liquid and paste products, such as disinfectant, hand sanitizer, toothpaste, ointment, cosmetics and so on

6. Liquid filling machine
